Lasagne - Pour the oil from the anchovies into a large saucepan and place on a medium heat. Finely slice the spring onions and add to the saucepan along with half a tin of anchovies. Trim the pointed tips off the asparagus and put to one side, then trim the woody ends from the other side and discard.
Step 1. In a small bowl, just cover the porcini with boiling kettle water to rehydrate them. Peel the onions, garlic and carrots, trim the celery and finely chop it all with the rosemary leaves. Place a large casserole pan on a medium-low heat with 1 tablespoon of oil, then add the chopped veg, rosemary and the bay.
In a large pot over medium heat, add in ground sausage and ground beef. Use a spoon to break up the meat into small pieces. Add in onion and garlic and cook until meat is well browned, stirring constantly. Stir in sugar, fresh basil, fennel, oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup chopped parsley.
Instructions. On Instant Pot select Saute adjust to normal. Heat oil in insert. Add beef, onions and salt; cook 8 to 10 Minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked. Stir in celery and carrots. Select Cancel. Stir broth into beef mixture. Add spaghetti evenly over beef mixture.
